MISSION STATEMENT
I have spent my entire life gaining as much knowledge as possible so that I can SHARE this knowledge with others to improve the quality of life of our equine friends. As a young child I read almost to the point of obsession about horse care, horse stories like “ Black Beauty”, “Flicka”, “King”, etc., and about different breeds. I saw just about every film ever made that was either about horses or even had a horse in it!
I was extremely fortunate to be a member of the 4-H Horse Congress of Union, N.J. This was my first formal education of the equine athlete. I trained with the cream of the crop trainers, boarded at the finest facilities, hired the most respected professionals.
My belief is that you own this animal, or you brought it into this world, it is up to you to make sure it has the best possible life, that it is both mentally and physically sound. It is YOUR responsibility to do well by this animal. It needs to be well fed, have good quality hay and grain, plenty of turnout time, exercise, regular hoof and dental care, vaccination care, fresh water even during the freezing winter. Good grooming is essential to its health and regular deworming essential.
Because I have either been there done that or have seen it, I am here to HELP YOU HELP YOUR HORSE. I will help YOU understand why you need to do things a certain way and not the other. I will give you the confidence to handle your horse in situations that you never ANTICIPATED before. You will rely on YOURSELF and your bond will strengthen because you will be CONFIDENT in what you are doing. Remember: SAFETY to Rider and Horse IS NUMBER ONE and be as natural as breathing. If you feel you are not in a safe situation, abort your mission!
My goal is to make YOUR EQUINE EXPERIENCE AS SAFE AND ENJOYABLE AS EVER. KNOWLEDGE IS THE FIRST STEP! ARE YOU READY?
